This course offered by Blue Line Tactical is compliant with Virginia regulations (§ 18.2-308.02). After completion, you will be eligible to apply for a concealed handgun permit. This classroom-only course covers the essential legal and practical aspects of carrying a concealed weapon, with a strong emphasis on safety. Participants will gain valuable knowledge about firearm laws, responsible handling, and situational awareness through our Blueline Tactical program. Please note that there is no live firing included in this course, which is designed to enhance your skills in a safe environment.

This advanced program, offered by Blueline Tactical, delves deeper into shooting techniques, focusing on building proficiency and confidence with your everyday carry firearm. Participants will engage in live fire exercises to enhance their practical skills in a controlled environment. Please bring an unloaded firearm intended for everyday carry, 150 rounds of ammunition, and appropriate ear and eye protection. This 1-day course offered by Blue Line Tactical lays the foundation for all future pistol training. Key subjects include safety, range etiquette, clearing, cleaning, loading, equipment, fundamentals of fire, draw-stroke, clearing stoppages, common mistakes, and the warrior mindset. While this training is designed for beginners, the techniques taught at Blueline Tactical Elmsford allow students to build realistic skills that can withstand the pressures of stress and tight time constraints.

This 1-day course at Blue Line Tactical begins with a review of safety protocols and an audit of each individual’s shooting fundamentals and basic skill sets, such as draw stroke and reloads. During this Blue Line Tactical and Practical course, students will learn the use of cover/concealment, concealed carry considerations, a fighter mindset, and movement. Prior training is required to be eligible to attend this course at Blueline Tactical Elmsford.
