Blue Line Tactical LLC proudly serves Harrisonburg, McGaheysville, Rockingham County, and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley with in-person Virginia CCW courses, firearm safety courses, pistol and rifle training, as well as AHA CPR certification. Owned and operated in Rockingham County by Phillip Clark, a USCCA- and NRA-certified firearms instructor, U.S. Army veteran, and former law enforcement officer, along with his wife Lainey, a registered nurse and paramedic, we bring decades of real-world experience in public safety, emergency medicine, and firearms instruction to every course we teach. Our local training ensures that instruction reflects the realities of life and work in Harrisonburg and the surrounding Valley. Whether you require a Virginia concealed handgun permit, workplace CPR certification for Harrisonburg and Shenandoah Valley employers, or practical defensive skills, we keep training local to save you from long drives out of the Valley.
